Monaco #38 from 2014 the spring color of the year. Its described as Mariner blue crème. The first picture was withflash and the second was without flash This looks sort of like Endless Blue in Sinful Colors. I would insert a photo but can't figure out how to do so if the photo is on my computer.

I have a few Essie, butter London, and Zoya. I Zoya is really great and the formula is nice. I love the bottles butter London comes in! But I only get them during a sale. Essie is ok it's not my favorite but the come out with the cutest le colors. Also I really don't like the Brush on Essie bottles. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I think I need to give in and buy a bottle of Zoya when I come off my no buy. When I subscribed to Ipsy, I was convinced they would send me one sooner or later, so I have held off on buying any. I do like Essie and Butter. I counted my polishes the other day and am at 111 of which 29 are Julep. I am picking up 2 Sinful Colors tomorrow (really cheap, so I decided it does not violate a no buy). I had never heard of them until the recent Consumer Report Study that came out, and I am ready to try that brand. I have an extra Zoya in Maya if you're interested, notcreative! I could put it in one of the TBB's for you

Anyone got any reviews on the Julep Oxygen line? I was going to get the Oxygen treatment on my polish free days, but I'm not sure if basecoat would be a good idea, if I want them to somehow not be so matte.

I used it as a base coat, because I wanted the oxygen effect and a little color. They chipped way faster than with a normal base coat. If you buy it, I would just use it as intended (a treatment for polish free days). It is more matte than a normal base coat, but you can definitely see the polish.

I think I misworded that but what I mean was the Oxygen base coat instead of treatment since after all, I probably like switching shades. Right now, my nails are bare because I accidentally cut my cuticle while trying to get rid of a hangnail (note to self GET A REAL CUTICLE NIPPER!) with a small scab. It's almost healed up now.

I have the Oxygen base coat too, (did not have it at the time I used the treatment as a base coat). Once I try it, I will come back and let you know how it goes. I have an event this weekend, so I will probably be trying it soon.

I am a little late to the game and not a big nail polish user anyway, but now have 5 Julep polishes. I love the size and shape of the wand, somehow it makes it easier to apply. I also have been finding it doesn't chip like other polishes. Actually, just put on a coat of Sylvia that I picked up at Marshalls today for $3.99!

I finally used the Oxygen Base coat, and I love it. The way it dries is awesome. You cannot even see the polish. It creates a very matte surface.
