I just logged in to respond to your pm. I did get the item's from D's fundraiser and the bonus eyeliner. Please tell Helen I said thank you. I am praying for her recovery. You are very sweet to touch base for her, and I hope she starts feeling better really soon.

shadetertiary, glad you like everything, I will be susre to let her know. Sorry some of it wasn't wrapped but she kept fussing I had to get in the mail and kind of just threw a couple of things in there without wrapping. Shhhhhh, lets not tell her about that she will be mad ;-) The whole gift was wonderful and I didn't even notice the lack of wrapping I'm so sorry to hear she's in the hospital and I hope everything is okay. I'm sure we're all waiting for news that she is on the mend!

This is so sad, I hope Helen will be okay In happier news I got my SS package today! The lovely Symone got me the sold-out Smashbox Cherry Smoke palette I've been wanting so badly and a Guerlain Kiss Kiss lipstick in Red Hot (a shade I had been eyeing but hadn't even mentioned!). Thank you Symone, you made my day! <3

Good Morning Ladies, Thanks for all the well wishes! I pass the messages on to Helen. We are hoping she will be released from the hospital early this week. She wanted me to stop in and see how the secret santa was going and to tell you all she was sorry for not being able to be more involved in the secret santa and hopes that everyone is participating so that no one is left out.
I am showing the following people to have received theirs, did I miss anyone?

A warning to everyone. My secret santa gift was set out on my porch for pickup (it's a huge hassle to get the the post office anyway, but especially with the baby). The next morning around 8am the dog lost her mind and I looked out and the packages were gone. I thought they were picked up. Then the postman came around 2pm to pick them up... I talked to him and he said there were temps picking up packages in my neighborhood during that 8am window and to watch the tracking numbers. I did. No dice. Today he came to the door and told me he confirmed with his temps that no one was on my street that day and that they were likely stolen. Which is my fault I guess for leaving them (in the same hidden spot my packages always get left by UPS!) but now I'm out the money and have to figure out how to get a gift to my person, which included items that are now sold out! I don't know if I should spoil who my person is so they're not disappointed by the delay? I'm grateful to the postman for checking and being so kind about it, but I could cry!
EDIT: Just received an email that says the package was successfully picked up at 2pm that day... no tracking update, but I'm going to temporarily hold off on replacing things in case postman got the wrong information... it seems like they couldn't say they had a successful package pickup unless the package actually got to the USPS, right? Otherwise they would be liable, I would think.

Otherwise they would be liable, I would think. OMG that is soooo stressful! I am so paranoid about package theft :/ The other day I had 4 packages delivered super early (usually UPS comes in the afternoon when I am home from work). I sat there at work for the next 4.5 hours thinking oh jeez what if someone takes them. It has been on the local news here (and I bet elsewhere too) that people literally follow UPS trucks and if no one comes to the door they take their stuff. I just saw a news article about this person getting pissed off about package theft in their neighborhood so they left out a bait package, waited at home and when the guy came to steal it took pictures of him and his car (which was stuffed full of packages). It sounds like from your e-mail the pick-up was successful. I know tracking can be really slow to update and I think USPS might be backlogged now. Hope it gets sorted out!

It just gets weirder. No tracking update at all, including a "we received the package". But the postman said today that in order for that email to get generated, they have to scan in the box, which would show up on tracking. He did say to let him know if it shows up at its destination though, so maybe there's still hope. If this were you, how long would you wait?

shadetertiary maybe wait another day or two? There should be some sort of movement by then if the package was scanned and picked up. Ugh what a debacle! I have never dealt with anything like that before. I have had some weird stuff happen with the post office before. When I still got Glossybox they scanned it and it was supposed to be out for delivery. Literally said out for delivery for 2 days (my post office is like...10 min away if that). Finally called them and they figured out it was mis-sorted and just sitting somewhere. Not sure how long it would have sat if I didn't call. Sometime their tracking is really weird. I have seen some really weird stuff when I tracked the last several packages I have received. hopefully it did get picked up and maybe the system is just being wacky.

The biggest issue I had before now was once when they left my package in a lock box but forgot to put the key in my regular mailbox, so the packages sat for days locked up and no one could get to them until I called. I decided to send something else directly from Sephora to my person. If the original package shows up, she'll get extra stuff from her list (no duplicates in this one). If it doesn't, she'll still get a nice gift. I hope she likes it.
