I have been using Wen for the last 2.5 years and I am in love with it. I have not found a traditional shampoo/ conditioner that does not make my hair look/feel like straw. The first month was a tough one as it does have an adjustment period and learning curve. Once you figure out what works good, It really has made a difference in my hair. I love the 6-13 as well as a once a week deep conditioner. I use the 6-13 styling cream as well. It works wonderful to tame the stray hairs I get from blowdrying in my humid bathroom. I no longer have to wash my hair daily now and use the Klorane dry shampoo to add a bit of volume on the 2nd day if I need to go out and have it styled. So much simpler and easier. My hairdresser even knows I bring it with me now when I get a trim! When I get a color touch up there is no need for a toner either.

I used Wen for a while and it changed my hair. I ended up shifting to DevaCurl though, I love everything of theirs that I have tried.

Syd, I am petrified after trying other things that I will just damage it again. Mine changed for the better and I now use the Bamboo Green Tea instead of the other formulas.

I've tried a couple of different WEN formulas and didn't like either one (Lavender and Pomegranate). My hair always felt greasy and I had to wash it more often. Maybe I should keep trying.

I tried Wen, but my hair totally rebelled. It was so greasy & stringy I couldn't do anything with it. I have a friend who loves it & her hair looks amazing using it. It just really didn't work for me.

the Tea Tree one started to make my hair fall out more than normal. I don't have a lot of hair as is so I was horrified!! I changed to the lavendar and pomegranate one and I haven't had any problems with fallouts. My hair feels soft and smells good

I love Wen too. The lavender one is perfect for me, because my hair is fine and I like a little volume. Once a week, I do still use a regular shampoo and conditioner because I feel like I have a little build up that needs to be washed away. My hair is always super frizzy and straw like on that day, so I hate it. Even Wen does not completely take away my frizz, but nothing has ever come as close. My hair is really thin, so I only use 12-15 pumps, and I scrub for multiple minutes. I also rinse in semi cold water for a very long time. When I use more than 15 pumps, I do not feel like I get a better result, but I feel like I get a worse result when I use less than 12 pumps.

I'm debating between trying Wen, Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo/Conditioner, and Alterna Caviar next. I want to try a sulfate-free shampoo to be a little kinder to my scalp psoriasis. I guess I'll decide when my organix coconut milk shampoo and conditioner finally runs out!

LariTheLoudI use Wen in the shower and the Alterna Caviar Scalp spray on clean, damp hair. On days I use both, it is when my hair looks the best.
