One Love Organics has some good stuff in terms of oils and serums. Caudalie does also, but they do have fragrance in their products which could potentially irritate your skin further so if you do try them or anything make sure to do a patch test. Also, Sea Buckthorn oil on its own has healing properties and can be super hydrating.

Try the Hada Labo Replenishing serum it works great for dry skin. Taken from their website:
Super Hyaluronic Acid forms a smooth, moisture locking shield to replenish and retain essential moisture of the skin. Super Hyaluronic Acid has twice the moisture retention capacity of Hyaluronic Acid (1gm of Hyaluronic Acid is able to hold up to 6 liters of water). It also has the ability to mimic skin’s natural moisturizing ability to enhance water retention of the stratum corneum. Skin stays lastingly hydrated and feels smoother, suppler and more radiant.
I use this when my skin is feeling dry after a mask or after microdermabrasion at the derm. After a week, you should see some improvement. I would buy it from Ulta, and if not satisfied, then return for your money. The price point is also easy on the wallet at around $17.99 and Ulta always has some type of coupon. best of luck!

I use Mingle brand for natural products that also pack a punch. The foundation is my favorite summer weapon because it goes on easily, provides coverage and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. Maybe check it out if you're still looking for a good solution hope this helps! =] www.mingleandmansome.com

Skin is typically drier during winter months, so i would recommend a rich moisturizer like Geoderm's Ultra Moisturizing Facial Cream with Hyaluronic Acid, which can lock in moisture for up to 24 hours, and is suitable even for sensitive skin. For the body, i swear by Sibu Sea Berry Therapy Moisturizing Body Cream after every shower, and just whenever the skin needs a top up. Lastly, for lips, Makes3 lip balms are really good. I buy these products at a site called Sassafras (www.sassafrasco.com)
