So I'm not ashamed to admit it, (maybe a little) but I'm not very knowledgeable about perfumes. I didn't like them for a long time because they all seemed too heavy and invasive on other people, and if I needed a scent, I'd happily use a Bath and Body Works spray. But I've been getting a ton of fragrance samples lately and I'm starting to realize there is better stuff out there than the strong, powdery scents that I noticed on others. I'm trying to get ideas of some other perfumes that might be good for me. The ones I've liked lately have been Endless Euphoria by CK, Delicious by DKNY and Fresh Life. They're all light and unnoticeable unless you're really heavy handed with them. Are there any fragrances similar to these? Kind of fruity/floral, I suppose. I just want a general idea to go with, so I'm not just standing in a store spraying 25 different perfumes. Thanks!

If you are going for fruity-florals, you can try the fragrances from Anna Sui or Escada. However, some people may find those a bit sweet.
I love Bright Crystal from Versace. To my nose, it is slightly floral, but has a nice bright clean citrus feel to it. I also love Acqua di Gioa (totally misspelled it) from Armani, another one that has a bit of citrus in it and is very clean. The new Dolce one is on that same level, Light Blue Escape to Panarea. A final one I think would be nice is Dior Addict Eau FraƮche (I could swear this used to be Dior Addict 2). But this is another clean, citrus-floral. These all give off a "happy" vibe, which is nice.
I started out with citrus florals too....still love them. But I've grown to appreciate some more musky ones, too ha ha

Bright Crystal sounds wonderful! I definitely like a bit of citrus to my fragrance. I'll put all of those on my list to check out. And who knows? I may end up appreciating the muskier ones as well, I'm still new to the whole world of perfumes. It's like girls feeling uncomfortable wearing neon eyeshadows and metallic liner or purple lipstick. I've done all the experimenting and feel more comfortable with the really dramatic stuff. I'm the opposite with perfume, and have to start off with all the neutral, soft things, then work my way up into the big girl fragrances. ^_^

If you ever feel like going bolder, try Gucci Rush. It is heavy, but it is amazing! So underrated. But I know what you mean, I feel more comfortable when I have more noticeable makeup as well. I love Bright Crustal so much, it's counter part Yellow Diamond is nice too. But yea, Bright Crystal is awesome...I actually feel "bright" when I wear it, lol

Seconding Versace Bright Crystal and Acqua di Gioia. Also look into the new Dolce by Dolce and Gabanna (such a lovely, light, spring and summery scent). I know Jo Malone is kind of whored out like crazy (and I do it, too), but you should definitely check her line out! You seem to have a similar taste in fragrances as me. I'd look into the Citrus, fruity, or light floral scents. I'm absolutely in love with Orange Blossom, for instance, and with Blackberry and Bay. The latter is especially nice IMO; it has a bit of tart berry but doesn't have a too-sweet finish. All of Jo Malone's fragrances are relatively simple but very pure. I'm addicted!
You might like Marc Jacobs fragrances, too! Like Daisy or Dot.
