Voice mail? Really? I know their offices are open right now (I can convert time zones pretty well). So why the voice mail instead of a live person? And why not returning the call? I can't imagine that Tarte's customer service is slammed right now.
I wanted to exchange the foundation that I received in the Mother's Day set...the Fair-Light Neutral is a little too light, so I wanted to switch it for the Light-Medium Neutral. There was also a slightly damaged lipstick but that I can live with--it clearly was not used, just the tip had hit the inside top of the cap--if I could get the correct shade of foundation.
Sephora's customer service is often questionable at times, but at least they had a human on the other end when I called.
I didn't leave a message since they didn't return my first one. I decided to e-mail them instead. Let's see if that is any better.

If they don't get back to you by tomorrow I suggest taking to Twitter or FB. I typically have really good results when I complain via social media.

The e-mail worked. Though now I'm reconsidering if the foundation really is too light or if it was the fact that I'm wearing physical sunscreen underneath it. But it's good to know that someone was alive in their office.

I had the opposite problem, I ordered the fair medium neutral but should have ordered the fair light neutral. I mailed the foundation back to Tarte yesterday. I guess I will not receive it in time for Mothers Day.
