I am working on phasing out my current skincare products and want to go with a good line of cruelty free skincare, I've chosen DDG. So I have a couple of items from them already and was wondering if they had replacements for some of my current products, such as Skinceuticals CE Ferulic, etc. So I went to their website and found their email - sent my questions about 2 weeks ago with never a confirmation, nor a reply. I WANT to give them my money, just need to know what I'm supposed to get! I don't want this lack of customer service to stand between me and some good products, but it would really help to know what to get.

UPDATE: They did finally reply, asking if I needed any additional assistance. When I mentioned I hadn't received an actual response yet to my questions, I received a detailed reply almost right away. I think something got crossed in communications. All set now.

Did you end up ordering anything? I've been using the peels since last summer and love them. I also use the Retinol/Ferulic Acid serums for eyes and face. I quite like everything I've tried. Look forward to hearing your reviews

I love Dr. Dennis Gross skincare but I have mixed feelings about the customer service. Either it's exceptional or meeehhh. I love the vitamin C serum & ferulic acid serum. I was actually wanting to try the Skinceuticals CE Ferulic and see how it compares.

gazeLLa, I'm going the other direction, lol. I am almost out of the Skinceuticals and have a new bottle of the DDG vitamin C serum and am about to order the Ferulic and retinol. DDG is a cruelty-free line, and I am phasing out all of my products that are not. I do like the Skinceuticals but find it oxidizes. In the past when I've purchased a new bottle I am again surprised at how light the serum is supposed to be. It darkens a lot, so although it must still be doing something at the end I wonder if it's still as effective.

FYI ... my DDG ferulic serum darkened as well. I keep it in a drawer, away from light, so I'm not sure what else I can do. Seems to work the same though.

sydbristow I feel like I really need to be impressed with the Skinceuticals for me to not go back to the DDG. I just hear so many goods about it I need to see if it lives up to the hype. My DDG ferulic serum also darkened. I usually kept it in the original box and in a drawer and it still went a little dark. I feel like it does loose some of it's effectiveness. The first half of my bottle leaves my skin glowing and get rids of any discolorations with ease. Once I reach the last half of the bottle I feel like the changes in my skin aren't as drastic. I feel like the dropper packaging probably has something to do with it. I know Skinceuticals has the type of packaging. I wonder if there's any ferulic serum with different type of packaging...
