It's things like this that drive home how horrible Sephora's responses are to customer issues. It's like you get used to it and then there's a company with an actual good policy and it's shocking. lol

What a great response from Bite! THAT is how you handle an issue! Too bad KVD didn't chose to go this route in regards to her lip fiasco. Very classy on Bite's end and I can go back to supporting and buying Bite products!

I'm still going to call them on what it meant; I need to know... but at least they are responding. We'll see. I'll keep everyone posted. To be honest, given that a lot of people didn't understand the meaning behind the name at first (I didn't, and I've lived in the South for 13 years), I don't think they did either. And if Southerners didn't get it, it's understandable that Canadians didn't either. Now, this doesn't mean that they should automatically be off the hook because they're Canadian. But I honestly believe Bite thought they were describing a fruit. So I don't think you're really going to get an answer to that question... But keep in mind the larger picture: we won the war, and the name is being changed. That's the most important thing.
