Hey ladies, I just posted this to BT (probably the last). Here is the Facebook response I got from Bite. I am waiting to see how they addressed this and will still hold off on buying anything from them until I see the product off the shelf.

I don't know that I've ever heard that term before, and would have never been able to guess at it's meaning. I would imagine that they'd pull the product immediately. I think they just gave you their standard, quick response until they get reorganized.

Wow, I don't really use Bite so I definitely missed that. Good for you that you wrote to them and brought it to their attention! People forget about history all too often. I'm glad to see that they acknowledged this and am curious to see how they proceed. And yes, don't bother posting to BT anymore. I looked at this thread over there just out of curiosity (I haven't posted since I came here) and the thread had to be closed because once again, people couldn't be civil and don't know how to express different thoughts like adults (and yea, for the most part, it's still the same people, lol). It's not even worth it to observe over there anymore.

Sephora still has it on their site with that name. Boo! You go Mrs. Blaine! I think if they are going to rename the product, it may take some time to take the old ones off shelves. They will probably sell the rest of the old ones and come out with the new name. I'm sure this process takes time.

mrsbaine Sorry, I wasn't clear! I meant to say the original thread in which the topic was brought up was closed by a mod due to people getting crazy. The thread in which you posted the response you received is still open. Sorry about the confusion.
