Happy Sunday everyone! As I have probably mentioned before (to the point where I may be annoying about it), UD Walk of Shame is my favorite eyeshadow color. It is the perfect color for blending, or I can wear it on my lid with something popped in the crease when I want a quick, easy, fresh look. So, of course Urban Decay had to discontinue it. One of my great quests in life is to find the perfect WOS dupe. I often seen dupes mentioned on blogs/YT, but I haven't come across the perfect match yet. Here are a few from my collection. I would love to hear if you have any recommendations! 1. UD WOS <3 2. Wet n Wild Brulee - very close color match but not spot on, also not the same silky smooth texture 3. NARS Madrague I - my arms are a little darker than my face right now, but this shade is obviously a little darker than WOS since it gets lost in my arm 4. Stila Air (from the In the Know palette) - lighter 5. Stila Wind (from the In the Know palette) - darker and warmer 6. NARS Biarritz (from the Ride Up to the Moon palette) - lighter 7. theBalm Matt Smith (from the Meet Matt original palette) - yellower 8. Sephora N*73 single - a touch brighter and a touch more neutral, very close to Inglot 355 9. L'Oreal Sandy Shores single - darker and warmer 10. Inglot 355 - a touch brighter and a touch yellower, this is extremely similar to Sephora N*73 So, I search on! Attachments:

The attachments are being wonky, sorry. Here is a close up of Brluee, which is closest (but you can probably tell how it is chunkier), and the other two that I think are pretty close. Oh, I should also note these were taken in natural light and that I just adjusted the contrast/color temperature in photoshop a little so that I thought the shadows were best represented. wait, what?? So are they taking it out of Naked Basics??? WOS is more pink than Foxy. It's a great transition color. I use a Foxy for that too. Is it gone yet, or can I stock pile still?

Ha, no, I guess I should clarify. There used to be a single of WOS. I assume it will still be in the Naked Basics palette but buying a whole new palette for the one shade you hit pan on just seems so wasteful to me. Though I guess having 10 "dupes" of a light, matte shade is sort of silly too. How does Foxy compare? More yellow? Yes, Foxy is a lot yellower, in my opinion. 1.bp.blogspot.com/--UlYz6Bw1rU/UNYOOCoeHII/AAAAAAAAF1s/u2NmafQyzjo/s640/2012-12-22+13.17.13.jpgOh that looks pinker but VERY pretty!

melde, I get it. So, the palette is $28, and the single is $18. So for $10 more you get Foxy, which is a nice neutral beige, Naked and Faint. There is a black too, but I don't use it. It may be worth it.

Not sure how close they are, but I thought of Malt and Yogurt from MAC when I saw Walk of Shame.....in the second pic, the printing is small, but Yogurt is the 5th color.

I went through all my palettes ( I don't have many singles) and tried my best to find a match. Nope, I failed- that is a hard shade to dupe!
1. Lorac pro cream - cooler toned 2. Too Faced chocolate bar white chocolate - lighter, less pink 3. UD walk of shame * 4. It naturally pretty Love - pinker, more satin 5. It np sheer joy - lighter

I have MAC Yogurt - it's way, way more pink. MAC Blanc Type is closer but yellower and lighter - I haven't tried MAC Brule or Malt yet.

Also, seeing WOS on everyone else is making me lol a bit - I can't swatch it and take a picture because it is exactly the color of my skin. It doesn't show up at all, which is why I wind up using so much of it for blending.

I even bought a back up pallet just for it.. and I cant find anything just like this shade, and oh I wish I could just buy a single pan of it.. You would think they would sell it so we dont have to keep buying the basic's pallet! Im wondering about Mac's orb and Mault? also what about Virgin from UD? It looks (kindof) similar.. Im going to try to get in touch with Urban Decay and see if we can start a petition!!

Yeah, It's very annoying when one of your favorite shade is discontinued. I can relate to this and it's really painful.
