I got a few Butter polishes, one of them is Goss. I did shake it before applying, but it was really thick and kind of lumpy on application. It was hard to get a smooth finish on my nails. I JUST got Triffle too and did my toenails and that one was fine. Could it have been temperature because it was kind of cold outside and I had just brought the box in? It didn't feel cold, but maybe it was.
I love the color, just hope I don't have to return it. (Bought at Beauty.com.)

I bought a Butter London polish years ago and at first it was really nice. I forgot about it and tried it a few weeks ago and it was really thick and lumpy. I wonder if the ones you got are old maybe?

Syd, if it is too thick to work with, opi has a polish thinner you could try. You just add a few drops.

My Goss (from Nordstrom) is weird and lumpy, too. My others are all lovely but that one is just funky. I wonder if it's Goss-specific?

Hmmmmm....not sure. I got Fairy Lights at the same time, it's almost identical but with a slightly more purple metallic. I will try that next and see if it's the same.

Fairy Lights is also too thick to apply. Thank you DandyLionFluff for the OPI thinner idea, I will try it.
