Yar, I got 3 full bottles that might be going into the TSB. Really want a Jo Malone one.

I'm trying to pack and make arrangements that please everyone for a 3 week multi-occasion trip and I've never been so stressed in my life. I'm starting in Seattle (I'm a groomsperson at my best friend's wedding), following that, my boyfriend and I are going to spend some time touring vineyards and visiting spas in Napa and Sonoma (!!), before heading to San Francisco to catch up with some friends and visit a branch of my boyfriend's company which he's yet to visit. All in all, this is the most challenging series of events I've ever packed for and I haven't even quite finished shopping for wedding coloured shoes and accessories. To add to all the things I have to do in Seattle as groomsperson, I booked appointments months ago at the only hairdresser I could find in Seattle that can have me ready for 10 am on a Sunday, this hairdresser as called me 8 times in the last week because they can't seem to work their schedule out in a way where my practice appointment is with the same stylist. I'm really bad with hair, and I'm terrified of having to do my own hair for an outdoor wedding! I have crazy big hair, wind is not my friend! Right now my priority is trying to figure out how to work around a slate grey and kelly green wedding colour scheme. I have my dress, and the groom has bought me a bracelet as my accent colour, but I'm completely at a loss as to what to do for shoes. Its an outdoor wedding in a park and I'm going to be doing a helluva lot of walking and be on my feet from about 10am to 12am. Suggestions? I'm at the point where I'm seriously contemplating picking up some grey Toms! i just got back from Nordie's- they ha pewter Sandles by Vince Camuto that would workI'll only be in the states on the 6th, 4 days before the wedding (just missing the sale) But I'll check around the Canadian department store for them. Thanks for the suggestion! It's the chosen bracelet that's messing me up!

Went by Sephora yesterday on search for a powder illuminator ended up picking up two ambient lighting powders. While at the cash, I vaguely remembered that I received an email talking about lip samples for Rouge clients. I asked the cashier about it, and the cashier asked me why I hadn't been in store lately. I exaggerated and said I'd been out of town lately (I have been gone 2 out of the 7 weeks I haven't been there). On my way out I overhear her telling the other cashier that I was a regular client who there have been problems with. community.sephora.com/t5/Customer-Support/Weird-in-store-experience/m-p/1545976#M17548. Lovely. Attachments:

Lovely. I have never had a good experience at a Sephora Store, only mediocre and bad. Hope it gets taken care of!

I'm well known at the store. I spend a pretty ridiculous amount of money there and am there often because I have to walk buy it every day. I've actually taken to driving to a store 20 minutes away just to avoid the employees of that store. Unfortunately, that location is the flagship store for the area, ithas many items the other smaller Sephora's don't have and ordering online for Canadians is horrible and very slow. I am actually afraid of two members of their skincare department. So aggressive!! I've been thinking about maybe trying to have a sit-down with the store manager because it shouldn't be like this.

Oh wow! That's really horrible! I'm upset, so I'm being very narrow and harsh :/ There are some truly FANTASTIC people who work there. Most of the long standing employees there have never been anything but lovely I've decided to walk over later today and buy some travel essentials. Hopefully, I can make peace I hate the idea of being a difficult client ....

OK, I feel awful now! My husband is sitting on the tarmac on his way to NYC, delayed by severe storms in the Northeast. He will definitely miss his dinner and probably his show. Any beauty addicts affected by this storm-be safe! I hope it's not like the crazy we have experienced the last few weeks.

I think I'm known as the hard to deal with person at Sephoras and Ultas all over the Bay Area and Stockton's Ulta! They can go kiss my ass. I want that. Therefore I'll get it someway or another and use California consumer law against them. And Corporate. Not so hard for Neiman Marcus Guerlain counter in San Francisco (I'm nice, they're nice and I love them) and most Nordstrom stores. I'm also the hard to deal with in every Victoria's Secret, I've been known to come in to do online orders for free shipping! (Evil beauty confessions)

I decided to go to the Sephora event this AM. Holy samples!!! I have more merchandise in samples than purchases. They did an amazing job with that. I got the bag and the viplip sample. Then I got a bunch on the floor that were foils. I bought two things, a Dior Blush and the Becca sculpting perfection. It was a good event if only for all these lovely samples.

I wish I knew ppl in my area to see if the events here were good. But I am not gonna bother. Most of my beauty purchases are from Nordstrom. Sephora is really only for givenchy lol. The associates at most of the stores around here suck.
